How fast it goes

  1. Today: call or reserve onlineYou call us, or your client or a family member reserves online in a few minutes and pays with iDEAL or card.
  2. Same business day: we call the clientWe agree on a time slot on the delivery day, so nobody waits around all day.
  3. Tomorrow: delivered, carried in, explainedThe earliest delivery day is tomorrow. We carry it inside, set it up and take the time to show how it works.
  4. At the end we collect itNeed it longer? One phone call; the client pays only the extra days.

What it costs

Rental
Fixed prices per week, 2 weeks or 4 weeks, including 9% VAT. Shorter than a week is fine; the week rate applies. Wheelchair and rollator also have a weekend rate.
Delivery and pickup
One rate for bringing and collecting, carried inside: €29.95 in Amsterdam and the surrounding towns, €49.50 elsewhere in the Netherlands. Rent for 4 weeks or longer and delivery is free.
Damage & theft insurance
Mobility scooter €15.00 per rental up to a week, €39.50 beyond that. Wheelchair and rollator €5.00 and €14.50. No deposit.
Cancellation
Free up to 48 hours before the start.
