02What we ask, and why

When you book, we ask for:

• Your name, email address and phone number, to send you the confirmation and to arrange the delivery with you.
• The delivery address, so we know where the aid should go and which delivery rate applies.
• Whatever you type into comments, your height and weight for example, so we bring an aid that fits.
• A payment reference from Stripe, so we can match your payment to your booking and refund it if needed.

We do not ask about your health and we do not need it. If you do mention something in the comments, we use it only to bring you the right aid.

We never see your bank details. Your payment goes entirely through Stripe; no payment data reaches our own systems.

03Why we are allowed to

To carry out your rental agreement. Without a name, address and phone number we cannot deliver.

To meet our legal obligation to keep invoices.

04How long we keep it

• Invoices and the booking data belonging to them: seven years, because the Dutch tax authority requires it.
• An inquiry through the contact form that does not lead to a booking: twelve months.
• A reservation you do not complete: the address disappears as soon as the reservation lapses.

05Who we share it with

Only with the parties needed to carry out the rental. They may not use your data for anything else:

• Stripe, for the payment and the refund.
• Resend, for sending the confirmation and the invoice.
• Vercel and Neon, for running this website and storing the data.
• Microsoft, for our own email.
• Google and Meta, only if you consent to advertising cookies. See the point below.

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising to you personally.

06Advertising and measurement

We advertise on Google and on Meta's platforms, Facebook and Instagram. To know which advertisement works, we measure how many visitors go on to book.

If you consent to advertising cookies, we share with Google and Meta:

• that you visited this website and which pages you looked at;
• that a booking was completed, and its amount;
• a technical identifier that lets them link your visit to their advertisement.

We never share your name, your address, your phone number or anything you typed into comments.

Google and Meta are American companies and process data partly outside the European Union. They do so on the basis of the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

If you do not consent, none of this happens.

07Recordings of how the site is used (Microsoft Clarity)

If you consent, we use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use the site: where they click, how far they scroll and where they get stuck. That is how we make the site easier, especially for people who do not arrange things online every day.

• Clarity records which pages you view, where you click and scroll, and what kind of device and browser you use.
• What you type into forms is masked before it leaves your device, and so is the confirmation of your payment.
• On the page of your booking, which you open through the link in your confirmation, Clarity never runs.
• Clarity sets two cookies from this site for this: _clck and _clsk.
• Microsoft's own cookies on its own domains clarity.ms and bing.com, such as CLID and MUID, with which Microsoft could recognize your browser on other websites too, we have switched off in Clarity. We do not pass consent for advertising cookies on to Microsoft.
• Without your consent we do not load Clarity and these cookies are not set.

Microsoft processes this data on its own servers, including outside the European Union, under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. How Microsoft handles it is set out in Microsoft's privacy statement. You can change your choice at any time through 'Cookie preferences' at the bottom of every page.

08Cookies

We use two kinds of cookie, and only the first kind is always there:

• Necessary cookies, to make the site work. Your chosen language, for instance, and remembering your choice about cookies itself. We do not need to ask you for these.
• Advertising and analytics cookies from Google and Meta, to measure which advertisement leads to a booking. We place these only if you consent.

If you do not consent, nothing about you is measured and the site works exactly as before. You can change your choice at any time: there is a “Cookie preferences” button at the foot of every page.

We set these cookies only after your consent. Until you have chosen, we do not load Google's or Meta's scripts at all.

09Your rights

You may always ask us:

• what data we hold about you;
• to correct it if something is wrong;
• to delete it, except what we are legally required to keep;
• to hand it to you in a common file format.

Email info@mrmotion.nl and we respond within a month. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

10Security

All traffic with this website is encrypted.

Only we have access to the back office, with our own password. Payment data never reaches our servers.
