Is it about a booking you already have? Give the booking number from your confirmation email, then we have nothing to look up. Changing the dates, extending or cancelling is something we arrange with you by email or telephone; the refund rules are in the terms.

Want to know whether something is free? The site tells you at once: choose your dates and your town on the home page, and you see what is available and what it costs. A question about delivery to a hospital, a hotel or an airport is one we are glad to answer by telephone.

Do you need something today? Online the earliest delivery day is tomorrow, but do call us: then we see whether today is still possible.
