The heavy-duty scooter is for longer rides and more comfort: four wheels, lights and turn signals, large pneumatic tires and suspension, a headrest and adjustable armrests. It goes further on a charge and carries a heavier user than the one that comes apart; the range and the maximum user weight are listed under the characteristics below.

It does not come apart, so it does not fit in a car and not in every elevator. Choose it if it has a place at home with a power outlet: a shed, a garage or a storage room. We deliver it ready to ride, walk you through the controls and collect it after the rental. Rent for 6 weeks or longer and delivery is free.

Damage and theft insurance, included on every rental and not optional, 9% VAT included. For a wheelchair or rollator it is € 5.00 up to a week and € 14.50 beyond. Cancel before the rental starts and you get it back in full; once the rental has started you do not, and returning early earns nothing back.

Frequently asked questions

I am heavier than average. Is this suitable?
Every item lists its maximum user weight. In the results you can filter on your own weight, which shows only equipment that will carry you. If you are unsure, get in touch.
How long does the battery last?
A full charge covers a normal day. Charge it every evening with the supplied charger and you start each morning full. How far you get depends on the model, your weight and the surface.
Where do I keep it overnight?
Indoors or in a shed, ideally near a socket. Rain, damp and heat are bad for the electronics, so do not leave it outside.
Will it fit in a car?
Every item says whether it folds or takes apart and what it weighs. A folding scooter fits most trunks; a heavy four-wheeler does not.
What is the shortest rental?
There is no shortest period: you choose the days yourself, even a single day. There is a minimum charge of one week: rent for less and you pay the weekly price. A wheelchair or rollator also has a weekend rate, Saturday to Sunday.
What time do you deliver?
Booking fixes the day, not the time. We call you afterward to agree a time that suits you. A van sits in traffic like everyone else, and we would rather not promise what we cannot keep.
