A damage and theft waiver charged on every rental, 9% VAT included. For a wheelchair or rollator it is € 5.00 up to a week and € 14.50 beyond. Cancel before the rental starts and you get it back in full; once the rental has started you do not, and returning early earns nothing back.

How do I rent something?

Choose the equipment, your town and your dates, and you see the price right away with delivery and pickup included. You pay online and get a confirmation immediately. We then call you to arrange delivery.

What is the shortest rental?

One week. Rent for less and you pay the weekly price and may keep the equipment for the whole week — we will not pick it up earlier than you want. A wheelchair or rollator also has a weekend rate, Saturday to Sunday.

How soon can I rent?

The earliest delivery day is tomorrow. If you need something today, contact us: we cannot arrange it online, but we will see what is possible.

What time do you deliver?

Booking fixes the day, not the time. We call you afterward to agree a time that suits you. A van sits in traffic like everyone else, and we would rather not promise what we cannot keep.

What does delivery cost?

In Amsterdam and around it — Amstelveen, Diemen, Duivendrecht, Ouderkerk aan de Amstel, Weesp, Badhoevedorp, Landsmeer, Schiphol and postal codes 1011 to 1109 — it is € 29.95. Elsewhere in the Netherlands € 49.50. That covers delivery and pickup together. Rent for 4 weeks or longer and delivery is free everywhere.

How do I pay?

Online when you book, normally by iDEAL. You then receive an invoice as proof of payment. We do not send an invoice for you to transfer later, and there is no payment term.

What is the damage & theft insurance?

A damage and theft waiver charged on every rental: € 15.00 up to a week and € 39.50 beyond for a mobility scooter, and € 5.00 up to a week and € 14.50 beyond for a wheelchair or rollator. It is not a deposit — nothing extra is held and nothing is charged twice. Cancel before the rental starts and you get the full amount back.

What if I have to cancel?

More than 48 hours before the start: everything back. Between 48 and 24 hours: half the rental, plus the damage cover and delivery in full. Under 24 hours: none of the rental, but the damage cover and delivery back. Once it has been delivered or the rental has started, nothing is refunded.

Can I keep it longer?

Within the period you paid for, do nothing — that is not an extension. To continue beyond it, call us. We make it a second booking, provided the equipment is still free.

How long does the battery last?

A full charge covers a normal day. Charge it every evening with the supplied charger and you start each morning full. How far you get depends on the model, your weight and the surface.

Where do I keep it overnight?

Indoors or in a shed, ideally near a socket. Rain, damp and heat are bad for the electronics, so do not leave it outside.

What if something breaks?

Call us. We rent out our own equipment and handle it ourselves — you will not be passed to a third party.

I am heavier than average. Is this suitable?

Every item lists its maximum user weight. In the results you can filter on your own weight, which shows only equipment that will carry you. If you are unsure, get in touch.

Will it fit in a car?

Every item says whether it folds or takes apart and what it weighs. A folding scooter fits most trunks; a heavy four-wheeler does not.

Who delivers it?

We do, in our own van. The equipment is ours and we maintain it ourselves. There is no middleman between you and the equipment.
